By submitting this Subcontractor Intake Form and uploading your firm’s Capability Statement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms established by Motus IMC Firm, LLC:
No Guarantee of Work: Registration on the Motus IMC Firm, LLC subcontractor bench does not create an employer-employee relationship, a formal partnership, a joint venture, or a guarantee of active or future contract awards.
Vetting & Compliance Verification: All information submitted—including Unique Entity IDs (UEI), CAGE codes, and socio-economic certifications (e.g., 8a, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone)—is subject to official verification via SAM.gov and small business certification portals.
Data Security & Privacy: The corporate credentials, past performance summaries, and capabilities documents provided herein will be stored securely. They will be utilized strictly by our procurement and proposal development teams for internal vetting, capacity matching, and potential teaming agreements for federal, state, or commercial solicitations.
Accuracy of Information: You certify that all representations regarding your business size, active certifications, operational capacity, and past performance are accurate, current, and true to the best of your knowledge.
